Roasted Garlic Yoghurt Dip

Roasted Garlic Yoghurt Dip is a creamy spread that is perfect for any occasion. Roasting the garlic brings out its natural sweetness and reduces its sharpness. This creates a rich, smooth flavour that blends beautifully with Greek yoghurt.
This dip is quick and easy to make. It requires only a few simple ingredients that you probably already have at home. The combination of roasted garlic, yoghurt, lemon juice, and olive oil makes a dip that is tangy, creamy, and satisfying.
It is naturally healthy and can fit into a vegetarian, gluten-free, or Mediterranean diet. You can enjoy it as a snack, appetiser, or a side with your favourite dishes.
A Delicious and Healthy Dip
This dip is versatile and pairs with a variety of foods. Serve it with fresh vegetables, pita bread, crackers, or toasted bread. It also works wonderfully as a sauce for grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or sandwiches.
The balance of flavours is what makes it special. The garlic gives it a deep, roasted flavour, while the yoghurt adds creaminess. Lemon juice brightens the taste, olive oil smooths it out, and a touch of honey or maple syrup adds subtle sweetness. Fresh herbs like parsley, dill, or chives provide a fragrant and colourful finish.
It’s a perfect dip for parties, picnics, or casual meals at home. You can make it ahead of time, and the flavours will develop even more after a few hours in the fridge.
