Instructions
In a large bowl, add the drained tuna, chopped onion, garlic, oat flour, 2 eggs, pepper powder, red chilli flakes, chopped coriander leaves, and salt. Mix everything well until combined. The mixture should hold together — if it’s too dry, add a little more egg; if too wet, add a bit more oat flour.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into small patties.
If you want a crispy coating, beat 1 egg in a bowl and place the bread crumbs in another. Dip each patty in the beaten egg, then coat with bread crumbs. However, this step is optional.
Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Fry the patties for about 3–4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Drain on paper towels if needed. Serve hot with mayonnaise, ketchup, or chilli sauce.
