Ingredients
½kgLady´s finger
2tbspoilvegetable or any cooking oil of your choice
1tspmustard
1dry red chilly
1tspchilly powder
⅛tspturmeric powder
½tspgaram masala
1tspdried mango powder
1tspchaat masala
A few curry leaves
Juice of half a lemon
Instructions
Trim the ends of washed and dried lady's fingers and cut them into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and dry red chilly. Let them splutter.
Add the chopped lady´s fingers and saute.
After a few minutes add the lemon juice to reduce the sliminess and keep stirring. At this stage, it will turn more sticky. Don´t worry and keep stirring continuously.
Once the stickiness has gone, lower the flame, and add all the spice powders. Continue stirring for another 5 minutes and it´s done.
